The new M1 Active 520 monitor is the third generation of Alesis' highly regarded M1 Active speakers. The cabinet and drivers have been redesigned for a bold new look and even greater sonic clarity. The m 520 is the lower power of the M1 active series @ 70w

The updated speaker now has cutting-edge features like Bass Density, which allows you to tailor these monitors regardless of room placement. The low, mid, and high frequency adjustment switches allow for even greater flexibility in matching the speaker to your room. The 1" thick front baffle will ensure the box does not resonate and our carefully designed crossover creates a very smooth transition between the woofer and the tweeter. This monitor also features a visually stunning acoustical waveguide that accurately reproduces imaging evenly across your control room. Finally, the monitor features a distinctive top mounted power/clip light bar to let you know when it is clipping.
